Working with these guys for the second time, they have just successfully turned our pebble-dashed 2-up-2-down into an Architectural jewel. JP and his team worked tirelessly through the February snowstorms, and even when TFL failed London Balma were on site with a can do attitude - they even got on with our [awesome] Architects! The works included external renovations, replacement windows and doors, a new fully glazed extension, parquet flooring, bespoke joinery throughout, and the opening up of the loft to create what might be Sidcup's only 2 bedroom house with a triple-height space! Externally the garden levels have been altered, drainage introduces, hard and soft landscaping introduced and a fantastic new garden room. I used Balma Building Services to do my renovation which consisted of extending my kitchen, putting in a downstairs bathroom, a bathroom upstairs, a study and extending out across my roof for a second bedroom. Balma Building were fantastic, the guys were always friendly and considerate and extremely professional. They managed the entire project including all the subcontractors and even third party contractors to do specialist work such as a polished concrete floor and concrete feature wall. Balma helped us do a kitchen extension/total refurb. From a tiny old space not touched since the ‘30’s to a big family room, with 3 meter extension and sky lights.
